Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the use of services offered by FINSPOT (hereinafter referred to as "Pretto"), a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 131,955.31 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 825 077 886, with its registered office at 42 rue de Paradis, 75010 Paris.

Pretto is registered with ORIAS as a Banking and Payment Services Broker under number 17000916.

2. Services

Pretto offers a mortgage brokerage service that includes:

• An online mortgage simulation tool
• Personalized support from mortgage experts
• Negotiation with partner banks to obtain the best conditions
• Support throughout the mortgage application process

3. Fees

Pretto's services are free until the loan is disbursed. If the loan is successfully obtained, Pretto charges a brokerage fee of 0.9% of the borrowed amount (minimum 2,490 euros for non-residents). These fees are payable only upon successful loan disbursement.

4. User Obligations

Users commit to providing accurate and complete information. Any false declaration may result in the termination of services and potential legal action.

5. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR regulations.
